London Underground Map

As part of RISD’s MFA in Graphic Design, I took Doug Scott’s History of Graphic Design course. In this course, I was tasked with writing an essay and designing a poster that researched the history of a major piece of design history. My assigned subject was Henry (or Harry) Beck’s London Underground Map, so I created a poster that matched his original map’s visual direction.
